After:Hours is a small late-night tasting held after the restaurant closes. The dining room shifts into a quieter setting where the kitchen serves a five-course menu built around ramen and seasonal dishes.

Wagyu Bone Marrow Toast
Japanese chimichurri, onsen egg yolk, shokupan, Parmigiano paired with Rei Nigori Sake
